How many revisions do I get??

We include up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure you absolutely love your design. Not sure that will be enough? The force is strong with this witch, she can conjure it up in 3.

Can I see a mockup before you make it?

Absolutely! We always send digital mockups for your approval before we
create the physical product. You'll never receive something you haven't
signed off on first.

What if don't know exactly what I want?

No problem! Share your vibe, ideas, or inspiration with us - whether
it's colours, themes, or just a feeling. We'll work with you to refine
the concept into something magical.

Do you keep my custom design exculsive?

Your personalized design is unique to you! Since most customs involve personal names or phrases, they're naturally one-of-a-kind.

Want full exclusivity? If you want to ensure we never use similar design elements or artwork for other customers, we offer exclusive design rights for a $100 flat fee. This includes the SVG files and guarantees your design stays completely yours forever.

For most witches, our standard custom service (without exclusivity) is perfect - you still get a personalized piece that's uniquely yours!

Can I order multiples of my custom design?
